to join our team as a Construction Contract Administrator!
Your main duties will be to prepare and review various company contracts, review homes in preparation for the start of construction and collaborate with various departments to review any and all contract changes.
A successful Contract Administrator will demonstrate a strong attention to detail along with the ability to discover potential risks for our company. This includes the ability to analyze contracts with an eye toward reducing costs and increasing profits, while ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities :Contract Management: Oversee the administration of all construction contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms and conditions.Compliance: Ensure adherence to contract requirements, Analyze contracts to ensure they comply with Adair requirementsDocument Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, including amendments, change orders, and correspondence.Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between all departments.Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving disputes or conflicts that may arise during the contract lifecycle.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve contract administration processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Adaptable: Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing prioritiesQualifications:
Able to work productively independently and as part of a teamExperience and proficiency with Microsoft and Google productsStrong data entry/keyboarding skills, 10 key proficientKnowledge of construction industry preferred but not requiredHas previous experience in customer service and strong communication skillsPossesses superior attention to detail to spot inconsistencies in contracts
