What You'll Do:
Were looking for a Client Service Manager to join our Non-Qualified team. In this role, youll serve as our primary customer service contact, providing a high level of value and service while developing effective working relationships across our organization!Partner with retirement plan service representatives and marketers to improve the relationship between customers and Principal.Establish and maintain effective relationships with non-qualified clients, financial professionals and internal service teams to ensure client retention, growth of the client service block and profitability for all partners.Embody non-qualified core values in all interactions.Identify customer expectations and develop a strong working relationship.Use creativity, problem solving skills, and in-depth product knowledge for successfully arriving at solutions for retaining clients and resolving complex client issues.This role will offer you the opportunity to work closely with Principals customers, solving problems, resolving issues, and helping to build their financial confidence.Operating at the intersection of financial services and technology, Principal builds financial tools that help our customers live better lives. Our mission, integrity, and customer focus have made us a trusted leader for more than 140 years!Who You Are:You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 4+ years of related experience required (non-qualified retirement plan, qualified retirement plan, or financial services experience preferred).Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills required.Accurate, organized, able to meet deadlines, and follow-through on tasks and campaigns.Able to build and maintain good relationships within the organization.Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel.Demonstrates ability to build proven, positive relationships with clients and partners.Understands retirement concepts. On-site client visits may be required and/or minimum travel required.FINRA Series 6 license will required within 9 months of employment
Salary Range Information:Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range:$51000 - $98400 / year
Time Off Program:Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees dont accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
