Work with a variety of technologies including AWS AppSync, Node.js, GraphQL, React, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, and integrating with AWS Bedrock(or other frameworks) based genAI services/APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and enhance web applications that meet our high standards for performance, reliability, and scalability.Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Node.js, React, and REST or GraphQL.Utilize AWS services such as AppSync/API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, and RDS to build scalable and efficient backend systems.Implement GenAI based solutions to solve problems in clinical trial workflows like document authoring, agent based orchestrationOptimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality code.Write and maintain technical documentation for new and existing features.Work in an agile environment and contribute to continuous improvement processes.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.3 or more years of related professional experience.Strong proficiency in developing Single Page Applications (SPA)Strong proficiency in Node.js, React, and GraphQL/REST, TypeScript (python for backend also a plus).Experience with AWS services, particularly AppSync, Lambda, DynamoDB, and RDS.Experience with web application development best practices and design patterns.Familiarity with AWS Bedrock/Langchain or comparable APIs and frameworks, experience working with data-science/AI teamsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer.Experience with serverless architecture and microservices.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Understanding of security best practices for web applications.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong multitasking, problem solving, and organizational skills.Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.Satisfactory background check required.More about us...The Emmes Group is transforming the future of clinical research, bringing the promise of new medical discovery closer within reach for patients.
