Communication Management - Manage internal and external communications, including media relations, public relations and social media.Strategy - Develop and execute communication strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.Monitoring - Monitor and measure effectiveness of communication initiatives and campaigns.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and regularly update press kits, media kits and brand guidelines.Manage public relations efforts, maintaining media contact databases, and coordinating media and public events.Manage crisis communications, including developing crisis communication plans and providing guidance and support during crisis.Write letters, interdepartmental memos, and other business correspondence.Develop materials to educate staff on communication practices.Coach and assist team members on improving communication skills.Work with key leadership to determine appropriate communications strategies across departments and locations.Develop and manage budgets for communication initiatives and campaigns.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.Set clear goals and objectives.Define Scorecard metrics.Perform communications research and monitor the progress of various communications.Evaluate results and make adjustments.Requirements
