Key Responsibilities:Working under limited supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented engineers to architect, design, build, and test Quantinuum's machinesLeading multiple complex projects or assignments within large projects with minimal oversightLeading the improvement and standardization of product packaging on existing & developing products with focus on maintaining technical performance, minimizing risk, & reducing integration timelinesLeading packaging qualification activities by generating packaging protocols, overseeing test execution, analyzing test data, and authoring qualification reportsProvide technical expertise for packaging risk assessments and failure mode/root cause analysesMaintain and establish ongoing communication with internal counterparts and packaging vendorsAdvance the maturity of the engineering function's outcomes, processes, & tools in alignment with Quantinuum's future business needsEnable maturing the processes & tools of Quantinuum via a focus on Continuous ImprovementCollaborate with team leads and program managers in the development of project plans, proposals, and schedulesUp to 20% travel (e.g. <1 week/month) could be needed in short bursts to support vendor/partner visits.
