Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Electrical Services Field Market Development Manager responsible for the ongoing development of new and existing commercial, industrial, and utility electrical service accounts in Florida. This role involves cultivating a deep understanding of client facilities, providing technical solutions to enhance business efficiency, and ensuring safe operating electrical systems. You will play a pivotal role in executing the go-to-market strategy and driving profitable revenue growth while expanding our vertical market client base and geographic reach.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying potential clients to securing deals.Cultivate long-term partnerships through networking and proactive engagement.Conduct routine audits and provide recommendations for improvements.Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for client projects.Oversee quality control measures for on-site work.Schedule subcontractors to meet project timelines and milestones.Collaborate closely with the Operations team for timely project execution.Develop and maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within client organizations.Execute plans to ensure consistent communication with existing customers and key prospects.Identify and capture profitable revenue opportunities.Attend trade meetings to gather information and establish contacts.Resolve post-sale client issues effectively.Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience (5+ years) in lieu of a degree.Experience:
Electrical field experience required.Prior sales or marketing experience in industrial maintenance.Experience in power generation and pulp & paper industries preferred.Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Proficient in preparing electronic take-offs and estimates.Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of success.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.Strong work ethic with a results-driven mindset.Work Location and Travel:
The main office is located at 2730 Mine and Mill Road, Lakeland, FL.Travel to client and customer sites is required.Days and hours of work may vary at times to include some evenings and weekends.Work Environment:
