RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESAssist with CARF accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with all necessary standards and ensure continual monitoring to maintain accreditation status.Organize and participate in quality-related committees.Prepare and present committee reports on quality initiatives and improvements.Oversee the design, distribution, and analysis of satisfaction surveys.Present survey findings to leadership and identify areas for improvement based on feedback.Implement and manage the follow-up process to address survey feedback and drive quality enhancements.Supervise the data integrity function across all quality assurance processes.Implement checks and audits to verify data consistency and report on findings.Oversee the management of incident reports and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.Receive, monitor, investigate, and respond to all Better Business Bureau complaints.Monitor trends in incident and grievance data to recommend preventative measures and improvements.Ensure accurate tabulation of survey results, maintaining detailed records for analysis and reporting.Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback.Work closely with other departments to align quality initiatives with broader organizational goals.Other duties as assigned.Uphold company mission and values.EDUCATIONBachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS3-5 years of experience relevant to the work performed.Direct experience with CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) preferred.Knowledge of principles and processes for quality improvement, compliance, and technical reading/writing.Operation of computerized software programs, databases, and basic office equipment.High level of confidentiality.Demonstrate the ability to balance work pressure with time management skills.Experience in supervision, business management and leadership.Excellent organizational and administrative skills with demonstrated ability to work towards and meet deadlines by planning and organizing.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Effective decision-making skills.Experience in working, initiating and maintaining highly effective team.WORK ENVIRONMENTWork is performed in a typical office setting or from a home office with recurring travel to corporate offices.
