Suncoast Hospice of Hillsborough, a member of Empath Health is currently seeking an Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.Shift: Monday-Friday 12pm-9pmThe Admissions RN is a first responder who assesses eligibility for Empath Health Network of Care while advocating for optimal access to the right care at the right time in any care setting.The Admissions RN completes the admission process based on care program specifics, guidelines, and patient-specific needs. This RN exhibits passion for the services we offer while engaging in mission support, and portrays excellence in customer service and relationship-building internally and externally.Position Requirements:Education and/or Experience: Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; Minimum of or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Licensure:Valid Florida license as a Registered NurseValid Florida State Driver's License Empath Health values diversity as it strengthens our community and care.
