Our Patient Access team is a scaled leader in the HUB services and patient access market, serving the biopharmaceutical industry with comprehensive patient support, product access, affordability, and adherence solutions for more than 30 years. Further advanced by its recently expanded non-commercial specialty pharmacy, FortreaRx™, to support enhanced distribution of cold-chain and ambient free goods products, we are committed to driving patient outcomes and improving healthcare accessibility through its extensive experience while currently supporting more than 2.5 million patients and over 100 unique brands across more than 25 disease indications.
The Business Analyst, NetSuite will be working as part of a growing team of individuals that delivers excellent digital products and experiences to clients, stakeholders, and end users. This individual will work with internal business applications and cross-functional teams and is responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, deploying and supporting features on our NetSuite ERP. This role is critical to leading in building and maintaining a best-in-class ERP to support the needs of the business entities we support.
Successful candidates will be a self-starter capable of initiating, recommending and driving solutions, have a strong sense of ownership, detail-oriented approach, enjoy driving customer projects to successful completion, and can effectively communicate in both technical and business-oriented settings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Business analysis work:
Be able to prioritize and juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.Liaise with stakeholders to collect and document requirements and desired business outcomes.Use agile philosophies, process engineering and critical thinking to design simple, scalable solutions to meet requirements within NetSuite ERP ecosystem.Work with technology leaders, stakeholders, and technology teams to estimate and prioritize the backlog of work.Manage backlog of work and regularly present status updates, solutions and decisions to many levels of the organization.Maintain documentation including ERP/company data dictionary, KPIs, NetSuite design/architecture, etc.
Configuration Support and Development work:
Configure & support NetSuite features to meet agreed requirements and design, using best practices and solutions.Configure & support integrations, data warehouse and other tech projects, in conjunction with other technology team members, as required from a NetSuite perspective.Administer and support Integration and middleware tools such as Boomi, Mulesoft, Websphere or similar tools to support multi-platform integration and data flow, as required.Configure, refine or develop dashboards, reports and visualizations utilizing tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or other similar analytics tools, as required.Interpret and maintain Enterprise Architecture diagrams to reflect latest enterprise platforms and points of integration.Design data flows and fields, as necessary.Coordinate, develop and conduct all required testing surrounding ERP platform updates, process enablement and bug fixes.Keep appraised of, adapt and execute best practices for NetSuite configuration, standardized processes and technology enablement.Liaise with supporting 3rd party partners vendors and key subject matter experts, as necessary.Perform data mapping, loading and extract work as necessary.
Support work:
Respond to and resolve bugs and issues raised by internal and external users.
NetSuite administration:
Provision users, password resets, account freezing/termination.Develop permission sets, profile and role hierarchies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field of study from an accredited university; experience considered in lieu of education.5+ years of NetSuite ERP experience including working with supporting vendors, performing business analysis and administration work.Experience with the following is preferred but not required:
HIPAA and GDPR ComplianceSoftware validationClinical research or healthcare industries
Pay Range:
$110-$130K
