You need to bring a wealth of experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and integration, with an experience of delivering scalable solutions. This role requires a blend of advanced technical skills and strategic thinking to lead the evolution of our Salesforce platform and enhance our business processes. This is a hybrid role in the San Francisco Bay Area, and you will report to Engineering Leader in Sales Domain.Our mission is to develop AI-powered insights for Sellers. We want you to join us and be one of the pivots for our customer(s) / seller(s) success by providing trusted and seamless experience with technology.Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.Provide technical guidance and direction on Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and integration strategies.Review and approve code to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.Design & build scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.Develop custom applications and integrations using Salesforce technologies (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, etc.).Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture, design specifications, and user guides.Collaborate with product and project managers to define project scope and timelines.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.Manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to explain technical concepts and project status.Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.Be flexible to work with cross-geo teams to accommodate project deadlines.Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce declarative & code development, and architecture.Technical Leadership experience.Strong proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Node.js.Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.Knowledge of Salesforce data models, security, and performance tuning.Familiarity with Data cloud, CI/CD tools, and DevOps practices in a Salesforce environment.Salesforce Administrator certification.Salesforce Architect certification (preferred).User-centric mindset.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications

Some experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of other CRM platforms and integration experience.Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange products and third-party integrations.Understanding of business processes in sales, marketing, and customer service.#LI-RM2About Autodesk

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $160,800 and $260,150. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
