Salary Range:
$160,000-$200,000 base plus 0.1 - 0.2% equity.
Our client is hiring for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (3+ years experience) to join the team and contribute to all aspects of the product. Our client's dream candidate is someone who is impact-oriented and is ready to take on technical challenges head-on, fueled by curiosity. Our client's engineers take end-to-end ownership of features that ultimately help the early health system customers operate more efficiently and deliver better patient care.
Role responsibilities:
Drive the development of features to facilitate rapid iteration, evolution, and scalability.
Write human readable, high-performance, and maintainable code.
Actively collect feedback from customers and users to inform product development and new features.
Balance trade-offs between speed, reliability, UX, and technical debt to deliver on our cycle goals and long-term visions.
Integrate with EHR system to pull patient census/acuity data to inform staffing decisions.
Build cost-optimizing algorithm to recommend staffing decisions based on patient demand and resources.
Integrate with hospital workforce management tools to not disrupt mission-critical software.
