Position Summary:The Associate Director of Technology Operations oversees and optimizes technical systems, processes, and tools across the agency to support high-quality service delivery, effective resource management, and a seamless staff experience. This role partners closely with agency leaders and operations teams to ensure our teams have the tools and insights needed to produce outstanding work for clients. Leaders will rely on this position to ensure efficient data access, forecasting, and reporting capabilities. This multi-dimensional role requires a high attention to detail, expertise in systems workflows, cross-functional collaboration, and a creative approach to technology-based problem-solving.Responsibilities and Duties:
TechnologyPlatform Management:
Troubleshoot and maintain access to agency platforms, including project management tools, creative systems, and ad platforms, ensuring consistent access and functionality.MSSP & 3rd-Party Management:
Manage relationships with third-party tech providers, overseeing contracts, resolving issues, and ensuring robust support for employees.Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:
Collaborate with HR, MSSP, and department heads to streamline new employee onboarding, ensuring prompt access to necessary systems.System Audits & Access Control:
Regularly review systems, policies, and credentials to maintain security and access protocols.Vendor Evaluation:
Act as the primary contact for evaluating and approving new tech vendors to optimize the agency’s technological ecosystem.ComplianceChange Management & Training:
Lead change management initiatives and organizational training to support system updates and improvements.Security Policy:
Assist with security policy development, audits, and compliance, including RFP responses and client-requested reviews.Data Privacy and Compliance Oversight:
Oversight of data privacy practices and compliance with data protection regulations.Agency OperationsWorkflow Automation:
Manage low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Make.com) to automate workflows and improve business process efficiency.CRM & Project Management Oversight:
Collaborate with Sales and Operations to maintain CRM systems, project management tools, and pipelines for accurate forecasting and resource allocation.Reporting & Analytics:
Oversee and enhance internal reporting tools, providing valuable insights into resource allocation and agency performance.Resource Management:
Improve tracking and allocation systems, including dashboards, project management frameworks, and databases, to streamline resource planning.Management:
