Sigma Defense is seeking a former Senior Naval Officer with Navy Strike Group experience for a position on our Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP) Team in San Diego, CA as a
TTGP Strike Group Senior Staff Training Program Manager.The ideal candidate is a former Senior Naval Officer (Strike Group COS, N3 or N6, or post Major Command) with experience operating within a Navy Strike Group and meeting numbered fleet tasking and warfare commander operational requirements as part of Strike Group operations. Experience conducting joint military operations within a Strike Group, including oversight or management of Battle Rhythm and planning efforts.Experience observing, assessing, and coaching mid-grade and other senior officers.In-depth experience conducting training using current fleet training methodologies/requirements or equivalent military experience.Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified discipline.Certification Requirements:
Knowledge and Information Management (may be obtained within 1 year of hire).Personnel Clearance Level:
Candidate must possess an active, DoD-issued Secret security clearance.Salary Range:
$155,000 - $180,000 annually.Benefits:
