Summary:

The Director of Sales is responsible for leading the sales and marketing team in achieving the hotel's revenue goals. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the hotel industry, with a strong understanding of the sales and marketing process.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies for all hotel products and services, including rooms, catering, and meeting space.

Manage the sales team, including setting goals, providing training, and evaluating performance.

Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, including meeting planners, travel agents, and corporate clients.

Implementing marketing plans, managing the website, and creating marketing materials.

Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications:

Hilton Experience Required.

5+ years of experience in hotel sales and marketing.

Strong knowledge and experience managing Consortia & BT accounts

Proven track record of success in achieving sales goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail.
