Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service.
Specialized Experience
for this position includes:Planning, defining, monitoring, managing, implementing, and evaluating IT security programs via Risk Management and Cybersecurity Framework to ensure compliance with the Federal Information Security Modernization Act of 2014 (FISMA); ANDProviding technical guidance and leadership to implement and support a Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) program management strategy focused on managing risk and optimizing cost-effectiveness; ANDUsing Development, Security, and Operations methodologies in providing oversight for Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) security requirements for cloud-based systems.In addition to specialized experience, individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.Attention to Detail
- Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.Customer Service
- Works with clients and customers to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services.Oral Communication
