Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8a-5pThe role you’ll contribute:The Senior Enterprise Imaging Administrator is responsible for having expert level knowledge regarding the Picture Archiving Communication Systems (PACS) systems while also having in-depth operational knowledge of processes, workflows, and project management. The Senior Imaging Administrator is required to report onsite at their associated AdventHealth facilities, work throughout the duration of their shift, and serve as a lead among our Enterprise Imaging team. Additionally, this role works closely with Enterprise Imaging Leadership to assist with supervisory duties, strategic planning, process improvement, reports & analytics, project management, and any other related leadership activities. The Senior Imaging Administrator is also responsible for promptly resolving advanced PACS incidents and requests via the ServiceNow ticketing system while adhering to the organization’s established service level agreements (SLAs). As part of AdventHealth’s mission and service standards, the Senior Imaging Administrator participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.The value you’ll bring to the team:Required to report onsite at the designated AdventHealth facilities, work the duration of each shift, participate in an on-call rotation, and support our team’s effort to provide 24x7x365 PACS support to our Radiology & Cardiology imaging departments.Required to have accessible transportation available for support to primary & secondary facilities during the duration of each shift and when on-call. Minimum of 25% travel.Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and resolves expert-level PACS incidents and requests via the ServiceNow ticketing system for imaging related software applications and hardware equipment while adhering to the AdventHealth’s established service level agreements (SLAs) and ticket processing guidelines outlined in the Incident and Request Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Serves as a subject matter Information Technology expert between the imaging clinical staff, Radiologists, Cardiologists, and third-party vendors and provides prompt technical support / resolution pertaining to all Enterprise Imaging systems & components.Ensures the enterprise PACS system is operating efficiently and engages with appropriate AdventHealth Information Technology (AIT) resources, third-party vendors, and clinical staff, as needed, to appropriately diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve items such as: PACS diagnostic stations / scanners, modality & imaging network connectivity to Enterprise Imaging applications.Serves as a lead among the team and leads out on projects & presentations, monitors ticket queues and SLAs, trains team members / Radiologists / Cardiologists, identifies gaps in departmental and operational workflows and provides recommendations & proposals to Enterprise Imaging leadership on efficiencies and improvement opportunities.Works closely with Enterprise Imaging leadership and assists with supervisory duties, strategic planning, process improvement, leadership meetings, reports & analytics, project management, and any other related leadership activities.Participates, implements, and owns imaging project activities such as: logging time in the project application, provides guidance on imaging needs and requirements, assigns project tasks to co-workers, follows-up on deliverables, communicates project details to key stakeholders, and serves as a project lead and point of escalation post implementation.Provides guidance and mentorship to Associate and Intermediate Administrators to promote development and growth opportunities for career advancements.Provides senior level expertise knowledge & support for the Enterprise Imaging Systems to include, but not limited to, the following clinical, non-clinical applications and hardware solution.Performs other duties as assigned.The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:Expert knowledge of the AGFA/Siemens/GE/Hologic/Nuance/3D Imaging solutions.Extensive leadership skills which include thorough documentation, managing people & projects, decision making, integrity, strategy, conflict resolution.Demonstrate subject matter expertise in a clinical informatics environment.Expert knowledge in supporting an entire PACS System and all related components.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work courteously and effectively with all levels of customers including team members, leadership, physicians, clinical staff and vendors.Ability to prioritize / multitask and complete several projects / initiatives within established deadlines in the order of greatest importance with little supervision.Expert knowledge of Healthcare IT software/hardware administration; to provide high quality service.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Minimum of 5 years Healthcare or IT experience.Experience in managing and supporting an Enterprise PACS system.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field.Extensive imaging institutional education followed by practical workflow experience in a healthcare facility.LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:Certified PACS Associate (CPAS) or obtained within 6 months of hire date.LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP).Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).Radiologic Technologist (R.T.), Radiography (R), Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance (MR) or equivalent.Job:
