The Archer GRC Systems Analyst is responsible for contributing to all aspects of the Bank's Archer GRC platform, including design, configuration and development, testing, implementation, integrations and data feeds, production support, and ongoing maintenance for core and on-demand applications. The Enterprise Risk Management Systems Analyst is to review and analyze current and proposed business operations and align them to the Archer platform, under supervision of the Archer Systems Architect. The Enterprise Risk Management Systems Analyst is responsible for applying process, automated workflow and functional requirements to application design modifications and ensuring that Archer dashboards, views, reports, workflows, and user interfaces align with business processes and objectives.Archer responsibilities are broad in nature and complexity, requiring creativity, originality, and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks and solve business requirements. This role will collaborate with all bank stakeholders to assist in the building of solutions that support business requirements and processes for continuous process improvement. This position acts under the supervision of the Archer Systems Architect and may interact with management at all levels of the organization, technology personnel, and vendors.Additionally, this role will at times be responsible for performing various risk management duties as required, including but not limited to: risk committee reporting and analytics, issues management oversight, vendor risk management data entry and data integrity reporting, and other second-line risk management duties as necessary.RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribute to the implementation of new Archer use cases, development and configuration changes to the Archer platform, and the migration of risk and business processes to Archer.Contribute to the design and development of new use cases or system enhancements.Follow software development lifecycle and testing best practices / standards.Collaborate closely with relevant risk and business stakeholders in gathering, understanding, documenting and converting business requirements into technical solutions in the system.Identify effective solutions and anticipate future requirements to leverage system capabilities to creatively meet the needs of all business functions in the system.Work with end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules, test scenarios, data validation, notification or workflow triggers, and coordinating user acceptance testing.Coordinate with project management team on project documentation including but not limited to system documentation, business process documentation, work effort requirements and duration, and project status reporting.Develop and maintain all reports, dashboards, workflows and sharing rules within Archer to improve visibility to risk management and issues management activities, and risk and control profiles.Configure Archer dashboards and reporting to provide comprehensive and transparent governance, risk and compliance reporting for executive leadership, committees and the board of directors.Remain current on the Archer GRC platform and technology roadmap, features, and updates.Administration and support of Archer including, but not limited to, managing customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validation rules where defects are found.Monitor Archer performance, oversee daily operations of system to ensure performance and availability and troubleshoot with Archer directly when necessary.Perform research, system analysis, troubleshooting, programming or other activities which might be required for the support and development of Archer platform.Ensure timely, effective, and quality fixes to defects, while working collaboratively with Archer stakeholders deliver high-quality products.Provide expert knowledge of the Bank's Archer implementation and train Archer users on the use of the platform as appropriate.Partner with security and infrastructure teams to maintain system user account types, records and access.Collaborate with Application Development and Information Technology when system integration may be required with existing applications and as additional use cases and data feeds are configured and deployed.Partner with Information Technology to manage and maintain existing API connections.Risk committee reporting and analytics.Issues management oversight.Vendor risk management data entry and data integrity reporting.Other second-line risk management duties as necessary.Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS

Direct experience working in Enterprise Risk Management for a bank or financial services institution.Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the development, maintenance, testing, and support of Archer GRC platform.Fluent with all aspects of the Archer GRC platform environment including production support and administration, reporting, workflows, dashboards and reports, notifications, application and questionnaire design, external system integrations, and data feeds.Thorough knowledge of Archer use cases including but not limited to: Operational Risk Management, Issues Management, Business Resiliency, IT Security Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management, Model Risk Management, Compliance Management, Policy Management, and use of On-Demand Applications (ODAs).Archer Certified Administrator (any level) Preferred.A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary or pay for this position is $28.29/hr. to $42.44/hr. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
