What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting the Security Vetting Office (SVO) with top-notch administrative tasks.
Crunching numbers and gathering data to keep processes smooth and streamlined.
Tackling multi-step processes, responding to Requests for Information (RFIs), and dazzling customers with your communication skills.
Using your analytical chops to investigate, report, and suggest improvements.
Bringing your A-game with independent decision-making and creative problem-solving.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
An Associate's degree plus 3 years of experience, or 5 years of personnel security admin experience without a degree.
A sharp mind for Microsoft Office Suite, Computer Database Language (One Note), and CLIP (Contract Linguist Information Program).
Know your way around JPAS, Scattered Castles, AIRR, DCII, and other top government agency databases.
Willingness to jet off for meetings, training, or missions—both within the U.S. and beyond.
A valid U.S. Passport.
Stellar oral and written communication.
Bonus Points if You Have:
A Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of personnel security admin experience.
A proactive approach and a desire to be the “Best Athlete” for the role (show off that resume!).
