We are seeking an ambitious intern to join our cutting-edge project focusing on enhancing the performance and efficiency of Monte-Carlo simulations through the innovative use of CUDA in Python. This internship presents a unique opportunity to dive deep into the world of high-performance computing and gain hands-on experience in a field that is reshaping industries.Monte-Carlo simulations are a cornerstone in various sectors, including finance, engineering, and science, for their ability to model complex systems and predict outcomes with high accuracy. However, as models become increasingly detailed, the demand for computational power escalates. This project aims to leverage CUDA, a parallel computing platform and programming model developed by NVIDIA, to significantly accelerate Monte-Carlo simulations in Python, a language known for its versatility and accessibility.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the PortfolioStudio team, including climate management, to enhance Monte-Carlo simulation performance.Implement CUDA in Python to accelerate computational processes.Analyze and optimize existing simulation models for efficiency.Document and present findings to the team.About the team
