Join us!Job Responsibilities:Providing specialized and personalized service offering advice and guidance to financial center clients through the full spectrum of borrowing and banking offerings at each stage of client's life plan.Acquiring new and deepening existing client relationships by conducting client meetings and presenting customized solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.Effectively balancing sales performance, operational risk, and client relationship care by leveraging expertise.This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing.Responsibilities:Recommends financial advice and guidance that align with the clients' financial goals and needs.Builds and deepens relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the full capabilities of the bank.Analyzes the client's financial needs and applies knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend alternative or additional financial services.Connects with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities and conducts consistent follow-up routines.Makes decisions on client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal partners based on client needs.Partners with financial center leaders to provide specialized guidance and coaching to financial center associates.Required Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience or equivalent roles at Bank of America.Knowledge of credit and home lending requirements.Effective communication and customer service skills.Ability to analyze financial and credit data.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.Minimum Education Requirement:
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.Shift:
1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:
40Pay Transparency details:Pay range $24.04 - $28.41 hourly, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.This role is eligible for incentives based on performance against defined metrics.This role is currently benefits eligible, providing industry-leading benefits and resources to support employees.
