We are looking for our next Vice President, Global Operations and Planning Technology to oversee the end-to-end responsibility of the solutions supporting Pandora’s supply chain planning and execution. You will be leading ambitious and complex multi-year programmes across Planning and Logistics, while also being a key player for unlocking the value of our next generation ERP SAP S/4HANA. This is a senior leadership role where you can expect to be the catalyst that will lead teams and work with a wide variety of stakeholders to deliver technology to realize the ambitions of the Phoenix strategy.Your role as a VP, Global Operations and Planning TechnologyIn this role, you will be accountable for ensuring that product lines and programmes are organized within the supply chain space, and that they are capable of delivering against the Phoenix growth strategy and customer needs. The role has budget and operational accountability for the corresponding technology stack utilized for planning and Logistics/Distribution. You will collaborate closely with senior business owners across merchandising and operations to jointly craft plans and enable the organization to realize strategic business objectives. You will be leading an international team of 35+ tech professionals across disciplines of architecture, engineering, and product sitting in our tech hubs in Copenhagen, Warsaw, and Bangkok.Your responsibilities includeLead, define and execute Supply Chain technology strategy in collaboration with business owners from Merchandising, Operations, and Crafting & Supply.Deliver transformation programmes and initiatives across Supply Chain, Operations, Merchandising, and manufacturing.Ensure clear architectural runway is established within the domain in accordance with enterprise architecture direction and engineering standards. Manage tech debt.Ensure high operational stability and security standards for solutions live in production. Actively work to decrease the number of incidents and improve resolution time.Build, lead, and mentor a growing world-class technology team who delivers innovative products at pace.Own and manage overall domain staff, run and investment budgets. Manage partnerships with strategic vendors and partners.Lead the Order-to-Cash stream on our business transformation Programme Compass, implementation of SAP S/4, and global rollout.What is needed to succeed10+ years of experience working within Planning, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, and/or related Technology fields.6+ years of leadership in people management roles at senior level.Experience with large and complex transformation programmes and technology implementation. Proven track record in multiple disciplines of technology, i.e., product management, engineering/architecture, and delivery methodologies.A strong people leader coupled with strong stakeholder management. Able to navigate complex changes and build followship at all levels with experience leading global organizations through change.Strong value chain understanding and mindset with ability to collaborate cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
