The ideal candidate is looking for a career growth opportunity to strategically partner internally with the entire global marketing organization. You’ll be responsible for advising, managing, and executing on various types of marketing programs including email campaigns, digital content, webinars/events, and nurtures. You’ll be a subject matter expert in our marketing automation strategy, expected to optimize and scale processes to meet business needs.As a Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist you will:Strategically partner with internal stakeholders as the marketing operations subject matter expert, providing key guidance and insights to improve program performanceManage and execute the end-to-end process of Marketo email creation, localization, execution, and reporting; including but not limited to working with business stakeholders, creating lists, creating/updating emails, QA of emails and landing pages, creating simple and complex workflows (including A/B testing), ensuring accurate attribution/tracking, and delivering systematic reportingManage the end-to-end execution of marketing programs and tactics, including events, webinars, and tradeshowsAssist with the management of lead routing, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and ideal customer lifecyclesAssist with marketing tech stack management, be the subject matter expert for various technologiesExecute on daily assigned tasks, according to best practices and SLA’sYou'll be a great addition to the team if you have:2+ years working with Marketo; strong understanding of programs, Smart Lists, emails, landing pages, reporting, admin controls, and more2+ years working with Salesforce; strong understanding of leads, contacts, campaigns, and reportingAbility to work with basic HTML/CSSUnderstands relational database, strong analytical and data-driven focusDetail-oriented perfectionist mindset is criticalMarketo Certified Professional preferred however not requiredWho We AreThe Company:
