From the very beginning, SiriusXM Connect has been charting the course of connectivity. Just as SiriusXM Radio pioneered satellite audio entertainment, SiriusXM Connect traces its roots back to the origin of vehicle telematics, launching one of the first consumer connected vehicle programs in 1996. Since then, we’ve developed, launched and managed connected vehicle programs across multiple automotive brands, spanning both luxury and mass market model lines, across national borders, and across multiple model years.

How you’ll make an impact:

The Director of Product Marketing will have a significant impact on a company's market success, revenue growth, brand strength, and customer experience. Their strategic decisions will influence not only how our products are perceived in the market but also how they perform financially in a rapidly growing organization.

What you’ll do:

In this role, the Director of Product Marketing plays a key role in defining how a product is positioned in the market, ensuring that it is successfully launched and marketed, and continuously optimizing marketing efforts to drive growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, market expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you’ll need:

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing or a related field, including experience with developing go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging.

Relevant experience in technology and B2B preferred; deep knowledge of industry trends and customer needs is crucial.

Experience working closely with sales teams and supporting sales enablement efforts to drive revenue growth.

Ability to develop and implement long-term marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.

Strong skills in conducting market research, analyzing data, and using insights to guide marketing strategies and product development.

Expertise in crafting clear, compelling product messaging that resonates with target customers and differentiates the product in the market.

Proficiency in planning and executing go-to-market strategies, including product launches, demand generation, and marketing campaigns.

Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with various departments, including product management, sales, engineering, and customer success.

Ability to lead and inspire marketing teams, providing guidance and direction to achieve business goals.

Strong analytical abilities to measure marketing effectiveness, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate strategies, deliver presentations, and create content.

Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising preferred.

Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to create and manage campaigns.

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems like Salesforce for aligning marketing efforts with sales teams.

Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or other analytics software to track marketing performance.

Knowledge of CMS platforms for managing product marketing content.

A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to advocate for customers within the organization.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust strategies based on changing market conditions.

A focus on achieving measurable results, whether in terms of revenue growth, market share, or customer satisfaction.

A creative approach to problem-solving and a willingness to innovate in marketing strategies.

Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $135,200 - $166,750 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
