If you think you have what it takes, let’s introduce ourselves.Key ResponsibilitiesBuilding strong, trust-based relationships with managers and employees in designated departments, providing indispensable support at all levels.Anticipating and developing a strong understanding of the business as well as goals and challenges to recommend integrated HR solutions in collaboration with other areas of HR.As a coach and facilitator, guiding and supporting managers on how to thoughtfully address complex organizational and talent issues and to assess current and future organizational needs.Liaising between the business and other HR departments (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, and Diversity and Inclusion) to communicate the business need in order to deliver the most comprehensive and scalable HR solution.Providing consultative and collaborative support and guidance on implementation of people programs and initiatives.Using data (from surveys as well as from HRIS) to analyze trends and use metrics to propose and develop solutions and best practices.Maintaining a focus on strategic workforce planning, talent assessment and calibration, performance management and development and change management needs.Collaborating closely with the head of Diversity and Inclusion and others to embed practices into the department.Core Strengths and SkillsTrusted confidante who provides feedback and insight to help create a positive, engaging culture and environment.Ability to influence management at all levels on people related practices on a wide variety of needs.Strong analytical skills and ability to appropriately navigate complex issues.Considers broad impact of decisions when responding to business needs.Stays ahead of and proactively manages key business challenges.Looks at their work with a comprehensive perspective.Solves problems, gets to the root cause of any issue and designs and quickly implements solutions.Strong communicator and influencer with ability to flex approach as needed to drive solutions.Strong project management skills desired.Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn, grow and develop others.Additional Skills and Knowledge8+ years of progressive HR experience in fast paced, dynamic and high growth environment.BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.Computer skills in MS office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint and HRIS.Knowledge of OD concepts and models, including team effectiveness, communication styles, assessment tools and facilitation skills.Have we piqued your curiosity?
