PT Agricultural Technical Assistance Manager (Boston)

Boston Farms Community Land Trust is looking for an Agricultural Technical Assistance Manager who will oversee the stewardship of our farm properties, including making sure that there is adequate support for the farmers who operate them. This is a unique opportunity that merges land stewardship with community advocacy.Strong candidates need to have:A decent amount of experience with farming, landscape, horticulture, OR land conservation.At least a basic understanding of property management.Be a self-directed and detail-oriented person.We’re based in Boston, with farms in Dorchester, Mattapan, and Roxbury. It’s a 20-25 hr/week role, at $30-40/hr.
