This position serves as a key partner to sales enablement leadership and is responsible for facilitating and driving critical initiatives, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the efficient operation of the organization.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Strategy
- Collaborate with the senior executive and other senior leaders to develop and execute sales enablement strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives. Assist in the formulation of long-term business roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on strategic importance.Team Leadership
– Leads special projects and initiatives from inception to completion. Develop project plans, establish timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. This includes identifying potential risks and challenges related to key initiatives and developing mitigation strategies to address proactively. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including FCB and Commercial Bank leadership, department leaders and project teams. Act as a liaison to ensure alignment of key initiatives with broader organizational priorities. Communicate effectively to manage expectations and gain support for sales enablement initiatives.Performance Metrics
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of initiatives. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on progress and outcomes.Additional Role-specific ResponsibilitiesDevelop workplans and convene cross-functional teams to support integration and growth strategy projects.Help develop project pipeline for the Sales Enablement team.Present project findings persuasively and maintain thought partnership relationships with senior business leaders.Maintain current knowledge of banking industry trends and opportunities across the commercial bank, including deep understanding of frontline team and client experience.Evaluates and selects sales enablement tools and systems.Collaborates with other department leaders to ensure alignment in initiatives, messaging, and client and frontline team experience.Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for initiatives, developing budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.QualificationsA minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with demonstrated experience in business planning and support OR High School/GED with a minimum of 14 years of professional experience, with demonstrated experience in business planning and support.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of sales enablement and sales best practices, methodologies, and technologies.Experience working with large financial institutions and/or diversified banking experience including commercial banking.Excellent leadership and project management skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.For San Francisco, the base pay for this position is generally between $207,000-$358,800 per year. For Boston, the base pay for this position is generally between $198,375-$343,850 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.First Citizens benefits programs are designed to meet our associates where they are in life.
