to lead the implementation of

Augmented Reality (AR)

and

Virtual Reality (VR)

technologies in manufacturing, training, design and collaboration.Joining our team at Applied Materials provides an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by leveraging AR and VR technologies to revolutionize semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment manufacturing. If you are a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager with a passion for AR and VR, we would love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the adoption and integration of AR and VR technologies into our semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment manufacturing processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and operators, to identify areas where AR and VR can improve efficiency, quality, and safety in manufacturing processes.Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of AR and VR implementation projects.Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to evaluate the suitability of AR and VR technologies for specific manufacturing processes and equipment.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and document requirements for AR and VR applications, ensuring they address the specific needs of semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment manufacturing.Work closely with external vendors and partners to evaluate and select appropriate hardware and software solutions for AR and VR implementations.Lead change management efforts, including assessing organizational readiness, developing change management strategies, and guiding employees through the adoption of AR and VR technologies.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and emerging trends in AR and VR technologies, identifying opportunities for their application within semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment manufacturing.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines). Advanced degree preferred.Proven experience in implementing technologies in a manufacturing environment, within the semiconductor or similar industries.Demonstrated expertise in program management, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and gain support from stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Technical proficiency in AR and VR technologies, including hardware, software, and development tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges in AR and VR implementations.Passion for AR and VR technologies, with a strong desire to drive their adoption and impact in semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment manufacturing.Change management experience, including managing organizational change and guiding employees through technology adoption processes.Qualifications

$120,000.00 - $165,000.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
