This position requires working in a collaborative team environment and managing various ongoing international tax compliance, provision, and tax consulting projects.Responsibilities include:Manage and prepare the US international tax aspects (e.g., GILTI, E&P, Subpart F, BEAT, FDII, FTC) of the annual US federal income tax return in conjunction with the assistance of external consultants.Manage and prepare the quarterly provision from a US international tax perspective.Assist in modeling tax planning scenarios related to US international tax.Assist in any ongoing US tax controversy issues.Manage various consulting project-based tasks.Research and communicate key developments and topics for US international tax matters.Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and business teams on complex business initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Masters in Tax (preferred).Certified Public Accountant (preferred).4 - 8 years of experience.Experience with OneSource Income Tax and OneSource Tax Provision (plus).Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.Experience preparing and reviewing work related to US international tax issues (e.g., GILTI, E&P, Subpart F, BEAT, FDII, FTC).Self-motivated with good project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with other team members.Gen is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
