The salary range for this role, based in New York is $97,900 to $122,400, range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Position Summary
We are currently seeking a dedicated Manager, People Analytics & Engagement to join our People & Experience (HR) team reporting to the Senior Director of PMO, Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness. In this role you will be instrumental in helping us leverage data to make informed decisions about our workforce. Using your expertise in statistics, research, and HR metrics, you will gather and analyze employee data to derive actionable recommendations that enhance organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be adept at using both internal and external data to identify trends, spot opportunities, and provide actionable insights that shape our HR strategy. As a key role within the function, you will help drive our People Employee experience strategy for North America and will enable the function to make data-driven decisions that support our business ambition.
Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret People data to identify trends and insights related to workforce demographics, recruitment, retention, diversity, compliance, wellbeing, and engagement.
Maintain dashboards to monitor and improve our workforce effectiveness.
Analyze employee opinion survey results to identify areas of improvement and develop organizational action plans based on feedback.
Help build a data-driven decision-making capability across the organization.
Conduct analyses to gain insights into key People issues and provide recommendations proactively for action to the P&E leadership team and business partners.
Collaborate with P&E and business leaders to understand their data needs and deliver relevant solutions.
Participate in the development and execution of data-driven projects that improve our overall P&E strategy.
Develop and implement a people analytics strategy aligned with business goals.
Collect, clean, and validate P&E data from various sources including HRIS, surveys, interviews, and exit interviews.
P&E programs and policies based on analytics.
Measure the return on investment (ROI) of various P&E and engagement initiatives to assess their impact on organizational performance.
Establish P&E metrics and benchmarks to track progress on people's initiatives.
Keep updated on latest tools, trends, and best practices in HR analytics.
Design and deliver trainings on people analytics and data-driven decision making.
Support HR initiatives by using data to model change impacts and measures to facilitate successful adoption.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Statistics, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
Experience working in a fast-paced product driven workplace.
Consulting experience (HR practice) is a plus.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Workday).
Proficiency in PowerBi.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data in a clear and compelling manner.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and privacy.
Knowledge of HR metrics and experience in HR processes. Passion for using data to solve complex business challenges.
