Senior NEPA Project Manager
to join our team in
Atlanta, GA , to lead environmental teams and work on various complex alternative delivery transportation projects. The ideal candidate will have a background as a senior level NEPA planner or project manager for DOT highway projects with experience in delivering quality and compliant NEPA documents for standard to complex projects. A broad base of skills, capability, and experience is desired in NEPA, project management, administration, and communication. Projects typically involve high levels of agency involvement or complex technical requirements on design-build, progressive design-build, or design-bid-build undertakings.How will you contribute to the team?Provide NEPA expertise and guide a team of subject matter experts through the NEPA process.Develop, monitor, and manage scope, schedule, and budget for assigned projects.Develop or oversee NEPA document preparation.Collaborate with subject matter experts, clients, agencies, and stakeholders to facilitate the NEPA process.Contribute to environmental analysis and technical studies.Lead or support project-related public involvement activities.Must have excellent written and communication skills and be able to utilize standard office software.What will you contribute?Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Planning, Environmental Science, or a related field.Minimum of eight (8) - ten (10) years' experience in NEPA, production, and technical professional activities.General Engineering Consultant (GEC) experience is a plus.Strong written, oral, and listening communication skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proficient in Microsoft personal computer applications.What we offer at AtkinsRéalis:AtkinsRéalis realizes that health, mental and financial wellbeing are all equally needed to achieve balance in life.
