Full job description

Provide leadership at the enterprise level for the technical design of significant projects.Essential FunctionsLead the technical design of projects, and may be responsible for the strategy, management, and delivery of a group of projects.Provide subject matter expertise, guidance, and support to other teams. They may also act as a change agent to advocate for new methodologies.Advise other teams on technical design problems and may lead or assist in resolving complex production problems.Lead and/or assist in resolution of production problems.Mentor development in less senior positions.Perform other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesMust have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Must be self-reliant and self-motivating.Must be able to build Proof Of Concept systems while leveraging futuristic technologies.Experienced in Extreme Programming (XP) and/or Lean Software Development.Experienced in leading Agile teams.Experienced in designing complex systems with interface to Microsoft Azure AI services or Microsoft Copilot.Ability to code in Java Spring Boot and Python.Minimum EducationBachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field, and/or equivalent.Minimum ExperienceRequires five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment.Domicile InformationThis position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.Preferred Qualifications:Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential.
