Construction Project Manager

We are in search of a seasoned Construction Project Manager to spearhead a diverse range of residential construction projects from inception to completion.

As the Construction Project Manager, you will collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, and architects while maintaining constant communication with clients and our office.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring successful completion

Efficiently manage project timelines, objectives, and goals

Determine equipment, material, and manpower requirements

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of supplies and equipment

Prepare and submit detailed daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports

Address and resolve any issues that may arise during construction

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Evaluate and mitigate project risks

Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and key project team members

Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction sites

Plan and organize construction operations

Meet all project deadlines

Recruit and manage contractors and staff, including construction laborers

Delegate responsibilities effectively

Allocate and manage resources to meet project demands

Keep team members and clients informed of project progress, providing regular progress reports

Address any environmental or community issues that may arise during projects

Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards

Requirements:

Extensive experience managing budgets for construction projects (3+ years)

Excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment

Highly organized with proven leadership skills

Previous leadership experience in construction management or a related role

Familiarity with construction management processes

Proficient in planning and using construction and project management software

Thorough understanding of relevant rules, regulations, quality standards, and human resources

Conflict resolution and management experience

Exceptional time management skills

Strong multitasking ability with a comprehensive understanding of core managerial duties

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation abilities

$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
