The Director of People Operations will play a pivotal role in shaping company culture, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational success. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and leading a team of three direct reports, this leader will manage both strategic and day-to-day operations of key HR functions.Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, performance management, and employee developmentLead and implement policies, processes, training initiatives, and surveys to support organizational HR strategy and compliance needsManage department budget and purchasing decisionsChampion positive employee experience through effective onboarding, training, and ongoing supportOversee Talent Acquisition efforts and enhance candidate experienceEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsDesign and implement performance evaluation systems and career development plansSupport conflict resolution, investigations, and employee relations mattersMinimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or SHRM or HCI certificationMinimum 5 years of progressive HR experienceStrong strategic HR experience collaborating with C-suite executivesComprehensive knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and industry trendsProven experience with compensation and benefits processesDemonstrated management and leadership experienceExcellence in communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solvingCreative approach to finding solutionsExperience with ADP Workforce Now (advantage)HRCI certification (advantageous)Compensation and Benefits
