Beyond Yoga, San Francisco, California, United States, 94199
JOB DESCRIPTION
You're an original. So are we. We're a company of people who like to forge our own path. We invented the blue jean in 1873, and we reinvented khaki pants in 1986. We pioneered labor and environmental guidelines in manufacturing. And we work to build sustainability into everything we do. Our brands stand for freedom and self-expression around the world.
Where we lead, others follow. For more than 160 years, we've used the strength of our brands to lead with our values and make an outsized impact on the world. We employ more than 15,000 people globally to support our great brands: Levi's, Dockers, Signature by Levi Strauss & Co. and Beyond Yoga.
We are looking for a strategic Brand & Commercial Senior Strategy Manager to help develop global brand and commercial strategies. You will report into the Senior Director of Levi’s strategy and will work with Levi’s leadership to lead the integrated Levi’s vision. You will bring experience in strategy development, collaboration, and financial knowledge. You will work across important departments, regions, and channels to activate strategies that support Levi’s goals, brand growth, and profitability.

Lead task force and project management efforts, establishing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring project completion on time and within scope.
Lead ongoing executive business reporting.
Manage ad hoc analysis and requests to achieve our goals.
Partner with Marketplace Insights and Finance to use analysis of market dynamics, competition, and company performance to inform and influence important strategic decisions.
Deliver financial analysis to assess revenue and profitability impacts of strategic actions.
Support leadership on presentations to lead executive and wider-company agreement on vision.
About You
6+ years of experience consulting or business strategy role advising senior management.
Experience growing large-scale, company-wide strategies in retail, ecommerce, or consumer goods industries.
Experience leading global projects and teams in our main regions (North America, Asia, Europe, and Latin America).
Advanced financial modeling skills and understanding of P&L levers.
Proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint to summarize data and insights to create clear, applicable strategies.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $116,300- $175,900 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
