Daily duties include monitoring daily key point measures, budgets, safety, production flow and material costs. In this role, the Site Manager will have responsibility and accountability for bottom line results.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for planning and scheduling production activities, and supervising the production processOversees maintenance of all equipment including managing downtime and ability to maintain a preventative maintenance programResponsible for inventory control, counts and auditsStrong commitment to health, safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, maintenance and environmental complianceEstimating production costs, maintaining high quality standards and ensuring good customer serviceMonitor product standards and implement quality control programsResponsible for maximizing the use of transportation/logisticsWorking with different departments (e.g. suppliers, sales, customers) effectively to execute the policies and goals of the organizationEnsure compliance with SOX rules and regulationsEnsure the business meets expected financial returnsEnsures compliance with all local and federal environmental regulationsOther duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as neededJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree; or equivalent of ten years of progressive related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience in planning, negotiating and organizational skillsPrior P&L experienceStrong leadership skills while maintaining a team atmosphereSolid computer skills and written/oral communicationWhat CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsA diverse and inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
