Regional Safety Lead
shall have completed three years of satisfactory experience in preparing and enforcing safety programs. The Regional Safety Lead shall have completed the OSHA 30-hour construction safety class.Ability to work in a highly specific work environment and around related equipment. Your primary responsibilities center on the successful implementation and support of the Site-Specific Safety Plan in the field. Manage the company environmental health and safety programs at the project level, driving a safety-oriented approach to work. Compile, analyze, and interpret occupational illness and accident statistical data at the project level. Routinely monitor the workforce for unsafe behaviors and coach employees on the correct behaviors when observed. Conduct incident investigations by interviewing witnesses, compiling witness statements, photographs, measurements, and assessed damages to determine root causes.Our Benefits:At Gregory Construction, we invest in our team members to provide them opportunities for development and advancement.
