The DashPass team is building the most rewarding membership program for local commerce offering unparalleled savings, best-in-class service, and exclusive access to your neighborhood. This team is at the forefront of building new value at DoorDash through 0-1 bets to help achieve this mission.
About the RoleAs a Senior Product Designer on the DashPass team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy across several initiatives aimed at helping create new benefits and retain customers for the long haul. You will work closely with partners across Product, Data, and User Research to understand the customer's problems and define customer-first solutions that help increase the consumer value of the membership. You will uniquely be responsible for up-leveling the craft and visual execution of the team by defining the DashPass visual language and system within the app.
You will report to the Head of Consumer Engagement Product Design in our Product Design organization. This role is a hybrid role with some time in-office and some time remote. We are looking for someone located near one of our tech hubs (SF Bay Area, Seattle, or New York).

You have 5+ years of work experience and a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to maintain a high bar for craft at scale and track record of leading new initiatives and delivering results in a team environment.
You think of yourself as a craftsperson and visual specialist pushing the envelope on quality, usually find yourself sweating over the lowest level of details and deeply care about elevating the overall experience.
You are an excellent storyteller and proactive communicator, and able to communicate complex topics in a clear, concise, and thorough way to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
You’re a problem solver, use a first principles approach and aren’t afraid to try new things to create the future.
