Alliance Manager
who will be responsible for managing and optimizing strategic partnerships with external organizations. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operational activities, leading implementation teams, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. This role will report to SVP, Corporate & Business Development and will be a San Diego-based role.If you possess the following and want to make a meaningful impact, we invite you to explore this role.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operational activities with partners.Serve as the primary point of communication for partners, facilitating efficient and effective interactions.Oversee all aspects of the partner lifecycle, including negotiating statements of work, budgets, and timelines.Lead implementation teams while working internally with key stakeholders to meet milestones and deliverables according to partnership agreements.Plan and coordinate contractual implementation activities between internal project teams and external partner stakeholders.Monitor results against KPIs and communicate progress on alliance goals.Work to strengthen individual and organizational relationships between companies and facilitate dispute resolution.Escalate internal or external issues that could impact partnership health or cause missed milestones.Help identify new opportunities for partnership expansion.Education and Experience:A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.7+ years of related experience in Alliance Management, externally facing Project Management, or similar roles with substantial partnering responsibilities.Experience with Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and/or In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) is preferred.Ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment, interacting effectively with peers, functional managers, and senior leadership.Highly effective organizational and planning abilities.Physical Requirements:Frequently moves boxes weighing up to 20 pounds.Location:

Full-time/ExemptBase Compensation Pay Range:
