As a valued member of gritmind, you'll tackle the most formidable hurdles in software delivery for our clients. Alongside our teams of Product Designers and Engineers, we'll collectively deliver top-tier digital products for global industry leaders.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end digital product delivery, guiding clients from product vision to ongoing releases
Manage day-to-day operations of key client engagements, including:
Curating and maintaining product backlogs
Facilitating agile ceremonies with globally dispersed teams
Fostering communication between client stakeholders and development teams
Conducting product demos and presentations
Proactively monitoring project health through metrics
Balancing budget, scope, and schedule in alignment with engagement terms
Coordinating and executing product launch activities
Facilitating product usability testing sessions
Drive new business initiatives and foster client success through:
Running requirements gathering workshops
Collaborating with team members to produce estimates for client proposals
Advising current clients on product direction and technical options
Identifying opportunities for new workstreams and solutions within existing engagements
Contribute to our growing Product Management practice through:
Sharing knowledge and best practices
Demonstrating consistent leadership in delivery methodologies
Requirements
BS or BA degree, MBA preferred
Proven track record in product ownership and delivering end-to-end custom software solutions
Proficiency in translating potentially nebulous client visions into meticulously detailed and technically robust product solutions
Solid background in Agile product management methodologies
Expertise in lean requirements gathering and story mapping techniques
Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp technical and business concepts
Succinct and effective communication, does not use 10 words when three will do
Outstanding organizational, time management, prioritization, and project management abilities
Ability to lead through influence
Availability to travel to client sites and other company offices as necessary
