Our biodiversity and ecology team supports clients with a wide range of environmental issues including biodiversity and ecosystem services, nature-based solutions, risk and impact assessment, and ecological data science. This job will require travel to field sites, conferences, and internal meetings. Travel may be national or international and may be up to 20% of time.Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:Conducting comprehensive literature reviews about specific topicsSummarizing technical documentationGathering, harmonizing, and analyzing different types of data from multiple sourcesGenerating figures and tablesWriting reports, white papers, and peer-review manuscriptsCollecting, entering, and organizing field dataActively participating in a growing network of Ramboll sustainability practitioners that span our services across environment/health, energy, and waterFor this role, we believe you’ll need the following essential skills:Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) in a discipline relevant to ecology and biodiversity such as terrestrial or marine ecology, wildlife or restoration ecology, forestry, conservation, environmental science, or bioinformatics.Prior field work experience, including data entry and data managementExperience with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.Problem-solving and organizational skills.Work at the heart of sustainable changeRamboll is a global architecture, engineering, and consultancy company.
