Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Strategy Development:
Design and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy to meet Axionova's project needs efficiently and cost-effectively.
Supplier Management:
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and build strong, collaborative relationships to ensure reliable material supply.
Contract Negotiation:
Lead negotiations to secure cost-effective, high-quality materials by developing and managing contracts with key suppliers.
Market Analysis:
Conduct regular market research to stay updated on material costs, supply trends, and new products to optimize sourcing strategies.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain by diversifying suppliers and establishing contingency plans.
Cost Savings Initiatives:
Implement strategies to reduce material costs, including bulk purchasing, vendor consolidation, and alternative sourcing options.
Quality Assurance:
Work with suppliers to ensure all materials meet Axionova's high standards for quality, durability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and inventory teams to ensure materials are sourced and delivered according to project timelines.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate and present insights on sourcing performance, cost savings, and supplier metrics to senior management.
