Duration: 7 months contractJob Description:The candidate must have a passion for marketing-specific data science. This role will be responsible for working with internal and external data sets, tools, and vendors, partnering with the campaign analyst to develop methodologies and frameworks, and build data science models and data tables to ensure accuracy when answering business questions around the marketing business. The candidate will also work closely with the XFN data science and engineering teams on behalf of the Insights & Analytics team.Responsibilities:Manage data pipelining, development of data tables, creation of relevant scripts/codes, and implementation of dashboards.Analyze and develop explanatory and predictive models using appropriate mathematical methods, helping to inform outcomes-based marketing plans.Develop models and tools to enable marketing optimization/selection and measurements - i.e., criteria selection scorecards.Build relationships with cross-functional partners across the client.Support with framing and translating business questions into appropriate action plans for the team.Experience:8 years of experience developing data science models to understand the performance of marketing campaigns.Experience analyzing user behavior and campaign performance across marketing channels.Adept at using SQL and Python to analyze data and build data pipelines.Experience developing media measurement methodologies, such as marketing mix models, multi-touch attribution logic, and causal lift studies.Experience with client-side media and marketing data science.Skills:Data science modelsMedia measurement methodologiesSQL and PythonMarketing-specific data scienceEducation:BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience with 8 years of data science and/or data analytics experience.
