Provide strategic and tactical advice and develop learning solutions on learning technology systems, including learning management systems (LMS) and Cloud-based technologies, to support evolving training requirements and initiatives. Apply specific functional, working, or general industry knowledge. Develop and contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, as needed. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide the activities of junior employees, if needed.Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience leading large-scale LMS, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), or Talent Management System (TMS) implementations for SaaS or COTs based products.
Experience working with customers to successfully conduct technology-based needs assessments, including gathering, analyzing, and documenting technical requirements.
Experience building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or professional services environment.
Experience using Microsoft Office.
Experience facilitating or working on Agile teams.
Ability to obtain a security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology or Technology field.
Additional Qualifications:
Experience delivering professional services to the federal government.
Ability to translate information, develop insights, and work alongside clients at client sites.
Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Possession of excellent leadership, analysis, and data-gathering skills.
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Master's degree in CS or Instructional Technology.
Project Management Certification.

The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
