Job Title: VP of Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Sales to drive our small appliances division and expand our market presence. We are a manufacturer and distribution company located in the greater Los Angeles area looking for an experienced individual to join our sales force. This key role will be responsible for building, leading, and supporting the Sales team. This role will be critical in developing, driving, and executing the top line direct sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, gain market share, and drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals within the small appliances sector.

Lead and manage and be responsible for recruiting sales representatives/firm to ensure success.

Establish and nurture strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and stakeholders in the small appliances industry.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches, promotions, and overall market presence.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Oversee the development and implementation of effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the small appliances market.

Skills:

Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably as a Vice President of Sales, with a focus on small appliances.

Strong background in calling on and selling to retailers, with a demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain lasting relationships.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive results in a sales-oriented environment.

Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.

In-depth knowledge of the small appliances industry, market trends, and key players.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum 5 years in direct sales and sales leadership roles.

Job Type:

Full-time

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday.

Weekends as needed.

Ability to Commute:

La Verne, CA 91750 (Preferred).

Ability to Relocate:

La Verne, CA 91750: Relocate before starting work (Required).

Willingness to travel:

75% (Preferred).

Work Location:

Hybrid remote in La Verne, CA 91750.
