Our client is looking for a Senior BA/Data Analyst to join their team in Sparks, MD, to help support them on their Clarus project. They are looking for a data analyst to work with both the business and technical teams to perform data analysis and assess the old legacy system while understanding the reports created by the WEBI developers. The client is also currently undertaking a data migration from Sybase to SAP Universe, so any experience the analyst has with a data migration project would be helpful (they are using IQ as a database layer).Qualifications

10 years of experience:Gathering requirements from the Business Partners and IT Development teams and analyzing to improve and automate current processes and applications, as well as creating specifications.Experience doing data validation testing.Experience in data analysis with light SQL querying experience, able to assess the system and understand reports.Nice to have: experience working on a data migration project or any experience with SAP.Additional Information
