Early Childhood Education Project Manager

The Early Childhood Education Project Manager will be a key member of the BLH Technologies, Inc., team, managing and directing broad efforts to support peer collaboration and information sharing among individuals engaged with early childhood education (e.g., Head Start).

Working with senior BLH staff, you will leverage your experience working with human services, your knowledge and understanding of early childhood education, and your project management expertise to direct efforts to engage key audiences, strengthen the branding and marketing of early childhood education programs, promote peer information sharing, and strengthen vibrant and collaborative online communities.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Developing and overseeing the execution of strategies designed to strengthen a community dedicated to early childhood education, driving online collaboration and information sharing across a dynamic community, and optimizing the use and impact of digital platforms.

In collaboration with federal partners, developing the strategic direction and tactical implementation of digital programs designed to strengthen the impact of early childhood education programs.

Managing personnel engaged in maintaining and developing online digital platforms, apps, and websites.

Overseeing a variety of communications efforts, including branding, marketing, news monitoring, and content creation and dissemination.

Collaborating with early childhood training and technical assistance centers, federal staff, and other partners.

Monitoring performance, compiling performance metrics, tracking expenditures, and preparing monthly financial and progress reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in early childhood education, education, child development or a related field; master's degree preferred.

A minimum of seven years of experience, with ten years preferred. This includes:

At least three years with human services or public health organizations, with a preference for early childhood service delivery.

At least three years of progressive supervisory management experience; and experience in budget oversight and management.

Demonstrated ability in successfully managing and improving multi-faceted projects, including using project management software, projecting project timelines, and delivering products accordingly.

Demonstrated ability to analyze, aggregate, and act on data gathered from multiple sources.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.

Proficiency in Spanish preferred.
