Our team works on the foundational technologies that underpin our PAAS product and all the other application products ServiceNow builds. We are using leading-edge technologies including AI and LLMs to create incredible new experiences while also maintaining and enhancing an unparalleled level of software and automations supporting our worldwide data centers and cloud operations. Our Program Managers are right in the middle of everything so come join us for once in a lifetime experience with a world class PMO operating inside the Defining Software Company of the 21st Century.What you get to do in this role:You'll be a part of the Security Program Management Team and will work on security focused programsYou’ll develop project schedules, define timeframes, and prioritize tasks to achieve project objectives.Lead, build trust and collaborate on increasingly complex projects with some supervised work on new ambiguous design programs.Provide clear communication to cross-functional team leads and management regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities.Shape, drive and document processes and tools for effective team workflows and collaborationQualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
in Business Management, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Cybersecurity, Operations and Information Management (OIM) or related field and
graduating no earlier than December 2025Experience with data visualization toolsUnderstanding of AGILE methodologiesPrevious Program or Project management experience.Excellent presentation skillsExperience using programming languages (ie Java, Python) is a plusInterest in Cybersecurity is a mustA go-getter, ambitious problem solver with a growth mindset.Working knowledge of design thinking best practices and basic product design processes.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.Adaptable problem solver with experience in soliciting ideas, recommending options and executing solutionsComfortable interfacing with various types of people and roles, either in presentation setting, informal stakeholder interviews, or large meetings; strong communications skillsActively seeks and welcomes diverse collaborators, perspectives, and experiencesNot sure if you meet every qualification?
