Must maintain full-time statusComplimentary Crunch gym membershipDiscounts on services, products, and much more!Front Desk Representative Responsibilities:Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the clubCheck in all members and guests in accordance with company proceduresFacilitate any messages on club software at member check-inAnswer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional mannerCommunicate special events to members and guestsMaintain an atmosphere which makes members feel welcomeFacilitate all member requests or forward to a managerMaintain a professional disposition at all timesUnderstand and follow all policies, procedures, and standardsSell retail products (if sold at the front desk)Schedule member service needsAssist in retail, childcare, etc. desks/areas as neededFacilitate payment of member services in accordance with company proceduresKnow club facility, services, and schedulesMaintain a clean and organized work areaAssist in all projects as delegated by club managementAbove position may report to Operations Manager where applicableFollow all policies and procedures in Employee HandbookAbove description may be subject to change or alteration at any timeQualifications:Fluent in EnglishProficient reading and writing skillsGood communication skillsStrong customer service skills18+ years of ageExperience in a fast-paced environmentMultitasking skillsHigh energy and patience requiredOpen availabilityCrunch provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
