This position will be a full-time contract and hybrid.What You’ll Do:Familiarize with existing IAM environment and work with other team members on resolving issues and recommend enhancements.Frequently meet with infrastructure and application teams to gather project requirements.Develop architecture plan for IAM environment and other integrated systems.Facilitate conversation with various teams during every phase of project implementation.Ensure project design and implementation follows already defined guidelines by the organization.Develop disaster recovery plan for IAM environment.Oversee build of the environment and validate it meets all security and compliance controls.Document system changes/enhancements and ensure information is distributed to team members.What You’ll Need:Required:Bachelor’s Degree15+ years of experience with Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager15+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and IIS on Windows Server 2019 or 202215+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server15+ years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory and ADLDS15+ years of experience with .NET and C# Programming10+ years of experience with IBM Security Access Manager and RACFExtensive knowledge of Identity and Access Management InfrastructureProficient in Microsoft Active Directory, EntraID, ADLDS, RACF, and Other LDAPProven experience in integrating various Directory Services to support single sign-onExperience in other Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Identity Manager, SQL Server, and IISProficient in programming in CSharp, .NET, Powershell, and other scripting languagesAbility to quickly establish credibility and trustworthiness with the organizationExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skillsPreferred:5+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityNowResearch market trends pertaining to Identity and Access Management, recommend best practices, and mentor team to build necessary competency.Interested candidates email your resume to:
