Responsible for maintaining a continuous growth of sales in an assigned district through the development, direction, training, and motivation of supporting sales staff. Perform all tasks set forth by the Regional Sales Manager and National Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
Maintains or improves project margins by cost reductions or scope involvement.Develops and maintains project schedule for complete order.Coordinates activities of the marketing, engineering, manufacturing and services groups as it pertains to the project.Submits monthly project status reports to TIC management and to the customer.Manages communications by being point of contact for communications regarding project.Writes and distributes meeting minutes and other project related communication.Works with purchasing and engineering on procurement activities.Balances competing demands among Scope, Cost, Time and Quality.Solving problems related to the project - commercial and technical.Provides project leadership and direction.Efficiently resolves conflict within organization and externally.Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner.Provides the Regional Sales Manager and Marketing Managers with market place intelligence and input to shape and direct company policies and practices including:Good understanding requirements of existing and potential customers.Increase sales volume through market potential for new and existing products and competitive product, pricing and policy information.Expense control.Maintain adequate knowledge of all accounts within the district for development supervision, including joint sales calls and O.J.T.; performance and reviews; communication and compliance with company policies and culture.District's Budget Achievement.Knowledge of growth potential.Timely and accurate reporting to the Regional Sales Manager as required.Ensuring that accounts have proper inventory and service calls.Proper problem resolution (timely and fair).Travel: 25% to 50%.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 years sales experience.Proven record of significant accomplishments in sales.
